Grant Leading Technology is seeking a candidate for Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will serve the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Asset and Facilities Management (OAFM) Facilities Management Division (FMD) Program and its mission support initiatives. The Portfolio Manager will play a critical role in ensuring project performance, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals to drive efficiency and effectiveness across ICE’s real property and facilities investment plans.
This position is for a tentative contract award. If awarded, the position will be hybrid, and the hours are 8 am to 5 pm EST. Contractor employees may be required to be on site during weekends or after hours in the case of a project related emergency.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of the 5-Year Real Property Facility Investment Plan and the ICE Facilities Capital Investment Plan for major ICE programs.
- Assist in developing project execution priorities using industry standards such as mission criticality, facility condition index, and strategic alignment with ICE and DHS goals.
- Support strategic and ad-hoc initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and process improvements.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring project prioritization aligns with ICE objectives and federal mandates.
- Implement and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives to improve workflow efficiency within FMD and portfolio operations.
- Support the Lease Administration Team, ensuring accurate data entry and quality control within the Real Property Management System (RPMS).
- Compile, analyze, and present data-driven reports for government review and decision-making.
- Held to KPIs to reduce costs through project management and exceed customer requirements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or other related field.
- Four (4) years of experience in managing programs/projects similar to the areas identified for this role
- Three (3) years of experience in managing programs with complex facility projects, budgets, and processes.
- Two (2) years of experience with advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong proficiency in RPMS or other real property tracking system.
- Must live in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S. Must have resided in the U.S. for three of the past five years.
- Ability to pass government background check.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting DHS or ICE programs.
- Knowledge of federal real property management policies and GSA Leased Facility Portfolio.
