Grants Gardens is seeking an experienced Landscaping Installation Crew Leader to oversee our landscaping installation projects in Sarasota, FL. This role is dedicated to installation rather than maintenance, requiring strong leadership skills and expertise in landscape construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew in the installation of landscaping projects, including hardscaping, planting, sod installation, and irrigation systems.
- Interpret project plans to ensure installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment essential to landscape installation.
- Ensure all completed work meets company expectations for craftsmanship and aesthetics.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape installation, with leadership or crew management experience.
- Strong knowledge of plants, soil, hardscaping materials, and irrigation systems.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Dependable, hardworking, and passionate about creating exceptional outdoor environments.
- Physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing manual labor.
