Job Description Job Description A leading organizational effectiveness firm that aligns teams to thrive and win together is looking for a Client Services and Growth Coordinator to provide coordination and administrative support primarily to the Client Services and Sales teams.Required experience : Bachelor's degree recommended, but not required3-5 years of experience working with complex scheduling and calendar management3-5 years of experience executing in a fast-paced office environmentDemonstrated analytical, strategic and innovative thinking as well as excellent oral and written communication skillsObjectives : Scheduling, coordination, and support for the Client Services and Sales teams primarily including : Managing complex calendars including scheduling, rescheduling and coordination with team, clients, and business development prospectsManaging contact database in cooperation with Executive AssistantCreating documents, presentations, and work product in support of client and sales teamsResearch and preparation of prospect and organizational ‘briefs’ in advance of initial sales meetingEnsuring sales team is prepared for meetingsClose coordination with the Vice President of Client Services to ensure meetings, events, etc. are scheduled and delivered per the terms of client engagementSupport with sales tools including sales navigator, Keap CRM, etc.Close coordination with the Chief Client Officer to ensure sales pipeline is up to date and activities are executed in a timely mannerSupport with sales tracking and reportingProfessional skillsExperience working on a Mac computerProficient in computer skills such as use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and online project management tools, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software (Asana, Infusionsoft)Executive presence; professional, friendly, pleasant, and effective with clients and contractorsOrganized, detail-oriented, and systems-mindedDemonstrated strong initiative and follow-throughDemonstrated problem solving skillsStrong organization and time management skillsDemonstrated ability to manage complex schedulingAbility to be flexible and nimble to react and respond quicklyAbility to work independently in a remote environmentAbility to successfully and accurately update and navigate CRM databaseResponsive and accurate; detailed follow-through on scheduling and tasksJO : 5574
