Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant for our Real Estate Department. This role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll support busy attorneys and collaborate within a close-knit team. Key responsibilities include :
- Draft and revise organizational documents
- Create and maintain closing checklists
- Facilitate attorney-client communication and information exchange
- Advise team on client matters and manage deal closings
- Handle post-closing tasks, including closing books and tracking documents
- Organize and update client files and calendars
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and document comparisons
- Assist with entity formations and obtaining relevant certificates
Qualifications :
