This individual will be the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on building strong relationships through engaging and thoughtful interactions. Responsibilities include managing the overall client experience, overseeing office atmosphere, coordinating events, and handling administrative tasks such as phone calls, appointment scheduling, mail processing, document scanning, and database management. Note: this position is seated at the front desk and is highly interactive in person and over the phone.
