What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Grant-Shannon?
Our global client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a minimum 3-month assignment. You will work in beautiful offices in downtown Minneapolis and represent the company as a professional presence at the front desk. Duties will include answering phones, greeting clients and visitors, managing conference rooms, assisting with facilities and other responsibilities as assigned. This is an ideal role for a recent grad with some office experience or the desire to learn.
You will work with great people and be a key member of the team and will utilize your strong computer knowledge. M-F with hours of 8-5 and 100% onsite. Must be able to interview and start immediately. #5551
