As an Event Planner at Grant Street Group, you will collaborate with the Event Team on diverse projects, including internal company events and client meetings. The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate event planner with experience in pre-planning and on-site event coordination, who is committed to providing exceptional experiences.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Apps. A working knowledge of Cvent is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and proofreading capabilities.
This is a hybrid position that will require coming into our downtown Pittsburgh office on an as-needed basis. During typical weeks you’ll have the option to work from home 4-5 days, but as we approach major events expect to be in the office 2-3 days per week. This position will also require 2-3 weeks of travel per year for events.
