The Grant Team Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Listing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the listing coordination process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both clients and agents. Your duties will include inputting and maintaining listings in the MLS, coordinating professional photography and marketing materials, help with scheduling showings, gathering and communicating feedback, and handling listing-related documentation.
This position requires exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment. Prior real estate experience is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- MLS Management: Input, update, and maintain property listings in the MLS with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Photography Coordination: Schedule and coordinate professional real estate photography, videography, and virtual tours.
- Listing Documentation: Prepare and manage listing agreements, disclosures, and other necessary documents to ensure compliance.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, keeping them informed throughout the listing process.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and confirm listing appointments, showings, open houses, and other marketing efforts.
- Feedback Management: Gather and relay showing feedback to sellers and agents, providing insights for potential adjustments.
- Marketing Support: Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and online listings.
- Listing Compliance: Ensure that all listings meet brokerage and MLS guidelines, tracking key deadlines and required updates.
- General Support: Provide administrative support to the listing agent and team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Experience with MLS platforms and real estate listing management (preferred but not required)
- Basic knowledge of real estate contracts and procedures (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems, email platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Real Estate License (preferred but not required)
