Regulatory & Practice Review Senior Associate
As a Regulatory & Practice Review Senior Associate you will support various inspections for the Regulatory and Practice review group- all with the resources, environment and support to help you excel.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Supporting regulatory, peer review, and internal inspections, as well as pre-issuance review teams during preparation, execution, and conclusion of the inspections and reviews
- Performing administrative tasks, such as setting up inspection and review sites for upcoming reviews, as well as closing down upon conclusion
- Serving as a resource to field administrative questions from audit teams under inspection or review
- Project managing and responding to regulatory requests
- Brainstorming ideas for process improvements on the team and across the firm
- Communicating and interacting with members across the firm
- Responding to internal legal requests/ preservation holds
- Building your technical and professional skills through formal training
- Other duties as assigned
You have the following technical skills, qualifications and abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplines
- Value teamwork, are agile and know the power of building strong relationships
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well independently, as well as within a team spread across multiple locations
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Are curious about or have exposure to automation and digitization tools that will increase efficiency, experience with Smartsheet helpful, but not required
- Can travel as needed (Travel expectation: 15%)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
