As a Manager on the Go-to-Market (GTM) Activation team within our Connected Sales & Marketing function, you’ll help drive and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives that improve how we prioritize, engage, and grow our client relationships. You’ll support the rollout of new GTM processes, tools, and operational changes—ensuring field teams are ready and equipped to adopt them effectively.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and activation, blending elements of change management with sales enablement, process design, and account-focused planning. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and GTM Geography and Industry teams to help bring GTM strategies to life.
Your Day-to-Day May Include:
- Supporting the implementation of account tiering strategies to help focus efforts on accounts with the greatest growth potential
- Assisting with the design and rollout of GTM operational changes, such as enhanced sales crediting guidance, equitable practice development strategies, and clearer role definitions to improve coordination and execution across teams
- Contributing to the creation and ongoing improvement of GTM playbooks, activation processes, and KPIs
- Partnering with enablement and analytics teams to support the launch and adoption of new GTM tools and dashboards
- Helping develop and roll out target account planning processes, enabling teams to create actionable, high-quality plans aligned with strategic priorities
- Supporting efforts to define responsibilities and expectations across GTM roles, helping to reduce ambiguity and improve coordination
- Assisting with release and launch planning for new GTM capabilities and ensuring alignment across functions
- Conducting stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments to support smoother adoption across sales and marketing teams
- Creating communications, presentations, and supporting materials to drive awareness and engagement around GTM changes
- Coordinating across GTM teams to deliver training and onboarding tied to new tools or GTM processes
- Facilitating feedback loops and measurement mechanisms to track adoption progress and identify improvement areas
- Collaborating with offshore and onshore teams to maintain consistency and alignment across initiatives
- Documenting best practices and learnings to refine activation and change approaches over time
- Other duties as assigned
You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in GTM strategy, change management, sales operations, or related roles in a B2B or professional services environment
- Understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) and experience applying them in business transformation settings
- Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, sales enablement, or technology/process rollouts
- Strong project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across stakeholders
- Clear communicator with strong written and presentation skills; comfortable engaging across levels of the organization
- Analytical and organized, with the ability to turn feedback and data into process improvements
- Experience working in cross-functional and global teams
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Can travel as needed
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Denver, CO and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $136,000 and $204,000 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Washington, DC, Bellevue, WA, Los Angeles, CA, Newport Beach, CA San Diego, CA, and New York, NY offices only is between $183,600 and $220,300 per year.
The base salary range for this position in the firm’s San Francisco, CA and San Jose, CA offices only is between $156,400 and $234,600 per year.
Salary : $136,000 - $204,000
