As a V&M Manager, you’ll assist clients by managing teams that apply traditional and cutting-edge valuation approaches and methods to a variety of analyses – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. While also utilizing discounted cash flow models, trading and acquisition multiples, use of derivatives, binomial, and Monte Carlo simulation models to value businesses, assets, liabilities, and financial instruments such as equity, debt, and derivatives.

Your day-to-day may include:
- Manage client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines and lead change efforts effectively
- Oversee and apply business valuation approaches and methods to a variety of tangible and non-tangible assets, including equity valuations, option analyses, and purchase allocations
- Oversee the assembly, maintenance, and finalization of working papers that support valuations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and cross-sell services
- Team with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development calls
- Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)
- Communicate (verbally and in writing) externally with clients and internally with all levels of the organization to successfully accomplish objectives portraying knowledge and confidence
- Recruit, manage, mentor, and train senior associates and associates
- Assess performance of senior associates and associates for engagement and year-end reviews
- Other duties as assigned
You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline required
- Minimum 6 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross industry clients at a national level with experience in business valuation required
- ABV, ASA, CFA, CPA, CVA, MAI or related license/certification required
- Solid experience in Accounting, Audit or Transaction Advisory Services
- Strong current knowledge in US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services or mergers and acquisitions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous project in a rapidly growing practice
- Strong leadership, business development, recruitment, training, and mentoring skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to presentation, leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills
- Can travel as needed.
- Consistent with the firm's hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at the GT office or client office.
