Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to assist our growing companies. The desired candidate must work well in teams, have a positive attitude, possess excellent communication skills, be proficient with desktop software applications and have a desire to learn new things.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring ATM Placements to identify issues in the field, critical thinking and problem-solving to correct issues, supporting field-level maintenance initiatives, coordinating with field service teams on work to be done, managing costs, reporting on progress, and escalating issues as needed. Interaction will be made with both vendors and customers via email and telephone.

Requirements
- Reports to VP of Operations
- Full Time: 40 hours per week
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Technical experience in ATM troubleshooting
- Strong process focus
- Strong communication skills
- Typing speed of 25 wpm or greater
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to work with Excel and other Microsoft software packages
- Creative Problem Solving
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- College degree a plus
