Position Overview
As a Repair & Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in both hands-on technical work and customer service. This hybrid role involves :
- Technical Support & Repair – Prepping, cleaning, and repairing electrical and mechanical hardware.
- Customer Service & Billing – Handling customer inquiries, invoicing for service repairs, and processing incoming repair orders.
- Troubleshooting – Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues on ATMs and related devices.
