This position will work 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hrs/wk). Starting hourly wage range: $16.95 - $18.00. Benefits include free single health, dental and vision insurance,
IPERS retirement system, $25,000 free term life insurance.
Job Summary
Provides assistance to licensed instructional or support staff in the delivery of Agency services.
Under the direction of licensed staff, assists to provide instructional and behavioral
programming which has been designed to meet each individual’s unique educational needs.
Qualifications
1. Two years of post high school training in a social science or education related field, or,
alternatively, paraeducator certificate or two years paraeducator experience.
2. Prior experience in a classroom setting.
