What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grant Writer position at GrantAlly?
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Grant Writer located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Grant Writer will be responsible for preparing and writing grant proposals, conducting prospect research, managing grant administration, and all other responsibilities regarding grants. The Grant Writer will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop compelling grant proposals and manage the grant application process. This role offers the flexibility to work from home for a portion of the time while also requiring some on-site presence.
Qualifications Please do not apply for this position if you don't have at least three years of grant writing experience.
- Expertise in Grant Writing and Proposal Writing (Three years experience required)
- Creative writing and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to type 60-80 WPM
- Bachelors degree required
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the nonprofit/faith-based sector is a plus
- Network and stay connected with local stakeholders

Compensation
