Special Education Teacher/Case Manager Opportunity at Grantham Village School
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced special education teacher/case manager to join our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach elementary-aged children with special education needs using best practices in instruction and inclusion.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the special education process and evaluation methods.
- Facilitate the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process.
Requirements:
- New Hampshire certification in special education or equivalent.
- Experience working with children identified with special education needs.
- Ability to collaborate with a team and demonstrate positive communication skills.
