GPFLEX 7-9 Program
Core Teachers
(Multiple Positions Available)
Salary range: $53,339-$94,166
(Salary based on 2024-2025 salary schedule - 2025-2026 salary schedule to be determined.)
A valid Oregon Teaching License with proper endorsement is required.
Language Arts, Math, Science and Social Emotional Learning Licensure preferred.
Additional Qualifications:
- Passion for teaching alternative education
- Ability to form positive, professional relationships with all students
- Heart for middle school students
- Demonstrated ability to teach using trauma informed practices
- IN PERSON instruction for students needing an alternative setting
- Knowledgeable in district curriculum for either Language Arts, Math, and/or Science and able to design lessons that engage students in a way that attends to their unique needs.
- SEL knowledge base that reinforces district adopted Discovery Program and the Gladiola Way
- Work as part of a team of educators
