Grants Pass Toyota is seeking an Automotive Parts Professional to join our fast-paced team! This position pays $18/hour plus a monthly volume-based bonus.
The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive and enjoy working with the Toyota brand. Responsibilities include sourcing parts for technician repairs in shop, assisting with inventory, stocking inventory and utilizing computer programs to efficiently assure quality control throughout the process. We offer growth opportunities within the Parts Department and dealership, along with Toyota training, customer service, and professional development. A positive attitude, customer service focus, and teamwork are essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Promptly meet and assist both the technicians, retail and wholesale customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Obtain the correct parts and accessories for shop Technicians in a timely manner
- Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and transfer the information to the proper document and computer system
- Assist with inventory reconciliation as needed
- Maintain the parts department in clean and orderly manner
- Provide Technicians and Guests with information needed and offer additional solutions when available
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
- All other duties as assigned.
