As an Automotive Service Consultant, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted guide for our customers throughout their vehicle service experience. From the moment they arrive, you’ll be there to provide expert advice, clear communication, and top-notch support—ensuring every customer feels confident, cared for, and informed.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first friendly face in the service drive!
- Clearly communicate service recommendations and vehicle needs
- Guide customers through the service process with professionalism and care
- Work alongside skilled technicians to ensure a smooth service workflow
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering an exceptional experience every time
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service (preferred)
- background in customer service, retail sales, consulting or hospitality
- Tech-savvy with solid computer skills a must
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
