We are seeking a qualified Certified Nurse Assistant to provide exceptional care to our residents at Granville Center, a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of our residents. Our CNA's play a vital role in providing high-quality care, assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, while maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
Responsibilities
- Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
- Take care of a resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
- Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake
- Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
- Maintain residents' space clean and tidy
- Transport residents within the facility
- Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
Requirements
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Successful completion of a CNA program
- Current CNA State Certification
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
