Certified Nurse Assistant Career Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team at Granville Center, a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, while maintaining confidentiality of all resident and facility data.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of our residents. Our CNA's must be able to work effectively as part of a team, observing residents and reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse. Additional responsibilities include taking care of a resident's personal hygiene, setting up meal trays, documenting food/fluid intake, feeding residents, serving nutritional supplements, maintaining residents' space clean and tidy, transporting residents within the facility, and turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
