Your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional secretarial services, maintaining office activities, and performing various tasks with minimal supervision. This includes:
• Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing visitors.
• Maintaining an orderly work area, ensuring accurate data entry, and verifying database information.
• Preparing routine correspondence, memos, notes, forms, and other documents as needed.
• Assisting in coordinating school events, such as parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and staff in-service training.
• Administering medications and rendering basic first aid when necessary.
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
