The Office Team Member is an administrative role which supports the daily operations of both Grapeline Wine Tours and Stryder Transportation via organization, communication, oversight, and administrative activity. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Office Team Member carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
- Office Support & Administration
- Answer phones, send emails, and perform basic administrative tasks, as needed/directed to support both companies.
- Check emails, respond to general inquiries, interface with guests, prospective guests, winery partners and co-workers.
- Prepare and update daily paperwork for staff; review and update correspondence, reservations, and arrangements with partner wineries and vendors.
- Assist managers and colleagues via general administrative activities.
- Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

- Plan and Prepare daily tours coordinating with guests, vendors, and staff to ensure the day is both planned and executed well.
- Coordinate with other key contacts to synchronize the efforts of scheduling, management, and the fleet or host departments. Communicate impending issues, as you see them.

The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by the Administrative Assistant to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

- Tolerate exposure to heat, cold, dust, humidity, and noise.
This is a non-exempt, full-time position with an expected 32-40 hours per week. The position will be expected to service all geographic regions of the two divisions.
