The Role: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Wabasso, Minnesota. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
