Travel LPN/LVN Assignment
We are seeking a qualified LPN/LVN for a long term care assignment in a nursing home setting.
Job Details:
This is a 13 week travel assignment, working 34 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a long term care setting
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long term care experience
- Ability to work 12 hour shifts, nights
