Job Details:
We are seeking a LPN/LVN - Hospital LPN Travel Contract professional for a 13 week contract in Camden, Maine. This position requires a strong understanding of hospital settings and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients in a hospital setting and be able to provide compassionate care to residents.
What You Will Do:
You will work as a LPN/LVN providing direct patient care to residents in a long term care facility. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to improve patient outcomes. You will also communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless delivery of care.
