Job Title: LPN / LVN Long Term Care
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN/LVN to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a compassionate demeanor.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.
Requirements:
* Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the state of Maine.
* At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting.
* Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule for 34 hours per week.
* Strong clinical skills, including IV therapy and wound care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
