LPN / LVN Long Term Care Travel Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled LPN / LVN to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic long-term care setting, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with experienced healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments to identify changing resident needs and update care plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
Requirements:
- Current licensure as an LPN / LVN in the state of Minnesota
- 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar setting
- Strong clinical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
