The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long term care and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care services, collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve patient outcomes, and participating in ongoing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills.
Key Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in good standing
- Minimum 6 months experience in long term care
