Job Title: LPN / LVN Long Term Care
GrapeTree Medical Staffing LTC is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a travel position in Miller, South Dakota.
About the Job:
This 13-week contract will require working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. As a travel nurse with GrapeTree, you will have the opportunity to work in various long-term care settings across the midwestern US.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse (LVN).
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
