Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to providing compassionate care. As a LPN/LVN in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring patients' conditions
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work 36 hours per week, with guaranteed hours and mileage reimbursement.
