Job Description
This is a 13-week travel contract working 40 hours per week with an 8-hour shift schedule. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting, adhering to established standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment.
Requirements
- Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Licensure as an LPN/LVN in good standing.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
