We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN/LVN to provide high-quality patient care in a long term care setting.
About the Role:
- Skillfully manage patient care plans to achieve optimal health outcomes
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient progress
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
- Licensure: Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of Iowa
- Experience: 1 year of experience in long term care or a related field
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Work Details:
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Hours per week: 34
- Duration: 13 weeks
