We are currently seeking an LPN / LVN to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Waukon, Iowa.
About the Job
This is a 13-week contract with 37 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts, days only. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
As an LPN / LVN, you will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and performing routine procedures
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A current LPN / LVN license in the state of Iowa
- At least one year of experience in long term care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
