What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Grapevine Designs?
An Account Manager works with Grapevine Designs sales teams and customer service representatives to fulfill orders for our clients. While Grapevine Designs is located in Lenexa, Kansas, we are looking for a detail-oriented, hard worker to staff our location in the Profill Fulfillment Center in Cincinnati (Fairfield), OH, where we house select client inventory.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Set up new items/SKUs on e-commerce platforms
- Follow up on orders through the production process
- Adjust pricing and ETA on orders as needed
- Be on site to provide follow-up when there are questions on items (spot-check item inventory for issues, ensure inventory counts are accurate, etc.)
- Review program quotes and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder items when needed
- Compare order confirmations and invoices to quoted pricing/list pricing
- Monitor and adjust SSR for accuracy
- Work with customer service representatives to handle address changes and other questions coming from clients/buyers
- Work with receiving team at Profill to process credits on a timely basis
