Job Summary:
As a Sales Consultant at our Ford Dealership, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to helping our customers find the perfect car or truck while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
- Listen to and understand customer needs and provide recommendations accordingly
- Conduct vehicle test drives with customers to demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities
- Provide accurate and timely pricing information to customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to generate additional sales opportunities
- Maintain a deep knowledge of all Ford vehicles, features, and options to be able to answer customer questions and provide information effectively
- Utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage leads and follow-up with customers
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional service
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing sales techniques and product knowledge
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
