Job Summary:
The Hybrid Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth through a combination of proactive outbound phone sales and in-person prospecting. This role requires a versatile individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment as well as engaging with potential customers face-to-face in the field. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Inside Sales (2-3 days/week):
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage leads.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
- Follow up on leads and set appointments over the phone.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
Field Sales (2-3 days/week, weather permitting):
- Conduct prospecting in assigned territories.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through direct interaction.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
- Distribute marketing materials and generate leads.
- Overcome objections and close sales in the field.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
General:
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
- Provide feedback to management on sales strategies and market conditions.
