This role offers a unique blend of inside sales and field sales, providing a diverse and challenging opportunity for a driven salesperson.

Job Summary:

The Hybrid Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth through a combination of proactive outbound phone sales and in-person prospecting. This role requires a versatile individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment as well as engaging with potential customers face-to-face in the field. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Inside Sales (2-3 days/week):

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage leads.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
  • Follow up on leads and set appointments over the phone.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.

Field Sales (2-3 days/week, weather permitting):

  • Conduct prospecting in assigned territories.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through direct interaction.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.
  • Distribute marketing materials and generate leads.
  • Overcome objections and close sales in the field.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

General:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
  • Provide feedback to management on sales strategies and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
