We are hiring a Sourcer to supercharge our hiring process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews for both technical and business roles. This onsite role is based in NYC and reports to the Head of Finance and People Ops.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles;

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings;

• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience; and

• Maintain Ashby ATS with accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in sourcing and/or recruiting coordination for early stage tech companies;

• Understanding of standard job functions in tech companies;

• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools; and

• An unmatched standard of excellence.
