The Marketing Analytics Developer I is a versatile role that integrates technical web development skills with comprehensive marketing analytics capabilities. This position supports the creation of digital experiences while analyzing data across multiple marketing channels— including web, direct mail, digital advertising, social media, and donor communications. The ideal candidate will leverage both technical and analytical skills to optimize marketing efforts, improve campaign performance, and drive measurable results for Graphcom's clients.

Marketing Technology & Analytics
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards that integrate data from multiple channels (web, email, direct mail, social media, digital advertising)
- Implement tracking solutions across various platforms to measure campaign performance and audience engagement
- Assist in analyzing donor retention and acquisition metrics to improve fundraising strategies
- Support multi-channel campaign analysis to identify which combinations of touchpoints drive the highest conversion rates
- Develop segmentation strategies for targeted marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels
- Analyze response rates and ROI for direct mail campaigns and integrate findings with digital performance data
- Create data visualizations that clearly communicate marketing performance across channels
Web Development & Digital Implementation
- Build responsive websites and landing pages that support marketing campaign objectives and include proper tracking implementation
- Develop HTML-based email campaigns optimized for deliverability, engagement, and performance measurement
- Implement technical components needed for cross-channel marketing campaigns, including tracking pixels, conversion tags, and UTM parameters
- Configure and maintain data collection tools for social media, digital advertising, and web analytics platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting data collection across marketing platforms
- Assist in creating interactive data visualization tools for presenting marketing results to clients
- Maintain websites and digital assets to ensure accurate data collection and optimize user experience based on analytics insights
Cross-Channel Integration & Reporting
- Help integrate data from multiple marketing systems (CRM, email platforms, web analytics, social media, direct mail databases)
- Support ETL workflows to consolidate marketing data from various sources for unified reporting
- Develop standardized reports that provide a holistic view of marketing performance across channels
- Assist in identifying correlations between online and offline marketing activities
- Prepare visualizations that demonstrate the customer journey across multiple touchpoints
- Document technical implementations and data collection methodologies for consistent cross-channel measurement
- Participate in campaign planning to ensure proper tracking and measurement is implemented across all channels
Minimum Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Foundational knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts
- Proficiency with Excel (complex formulas, PowerQuery, data manipulation)
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Ability to understand and work with relational databases at a basic level
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Willingness to learn new technologies and analytical methods
- Completion of all required Graphcom training upon hire (HIPAA, Information Security, etc.)
