As we expand our sales department, we are looking for a motivated Account Executive (AE) to join our team and drive new business growth.
Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing relationships, and closing deals with new and existing clients. You’ll play a crucial role in growing Graphic FX’s customer base by identifying opportunities, presenting solutions, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through prospecting, networking, and sales presentations.
- Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Proposal Development: Create and present proposals and sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.
- Post-Sale Support – Ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

- Organized & Goal-Oriented: Able to manage a sales pipeline and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Experience: 1–3 years in B2B sales (promotional products, print, or apparel preferred but not required).
