Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Prospecting and hunting for new business in Milwaukee and surrounding areas.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address customer needs.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota
- 2-3 years of Outside sales/prospecting
- Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per week
- Strong organizational and time management
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- The ability to listen to the clients needs.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
