As our Embroidery Machine Operator, you’ll bring designs to life with your expert skills and creativity. You’ll be responsible for operating our advanced embroidery machines, ensuring every stitch is impeccable and every project exceeds our clients’ expectations.
Qualifications:
- No experience needed, we will train the right person. (experience is a plus!)
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong understanding of fabric types and thread properties. (preferred)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy materials.
- Flexibility with daily work adjustments as the production schedule changes is extremely important.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced production environment, repetitive work and ability to work under deadline.
Responsibilities:
- Thread Artist: Set up and operate embroidery machines to create intricate designs on various fabrics.
- Hooping Ninja: Effectively hooping garments and caps for production.
- Detail Detective: Review design specifications and select the right threads and needles for each project.
- Quality Connoisseur: Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintenance Magician: Perform routine maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure peak performance.
- Efficiency Enthusiast: Manage time and workflow effectively to meet production deadlines by keeping machines running. IE Fixing thread/needle/bobbin breaks.
- Collaborative Creator: Work closely with our Embroidery manager to understand project requirements and provide input on the best embroidery techniques.
Note: This is a full-time position and will require you to be able to stand for the full 8 - hour shift
