Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineer Advisor to develop and implement environmental programs ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards and supporting our company's environmental guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for existing permits and future projects
Review projects for regulatory impact and perform PSD and netting analyses as needed
Prepare and submit air permits, meet with regulators, and identify alternate permitting strategies when available
Assist with recordkeeping and reporting, manage and perform required sampling, and meet with regulators during routine inspections
Manage wastewater and stormwater programs, assist with permitting, and coordinate compliance with universal waste standard
Identify and implement projects to reduce water and waste, assist with beneficial reuse projects, and provide SPCC oversight and update program as needed
Develop and implement plant environmental training, provide environmental expertise and leadership, and perform periodic environmental audits
Develop, track, analyze, and communicate plant environmental reporting and statistics, organize workload, and support company business objectives
