Role Description: Director of Business Development (Hybrid)
We are seeking a dynamic, growth-driven Director of Business Development to join our team. This full-time role is based at our Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati, OH, with flexibility for remote work as part of a hybrid schedule.
Reporting to the EVP of Sales and Marketing, this individual will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, drive revenue growth through strategic solution selling, and cultivate long-term client partnerships. The role also works cross-functionally with internal teams to develop strategies that generate measurable outcomes for both Graphic Village and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business across targeted industries
- Drive lead generation and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Use a consultative, solutions-based selling approach to uncover client needs
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations
- Manage and grow key client relationships to drive retention and expansion
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, creative, etc.) to deliver seamless, results-driven client solutions
Qualifications
- Proven track record in new business development, lead generation, and sales strategy execution
- Strong experience in customer acquisition, retention, and account management
- Expertise in consultative and solutions-based selling
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with both independent drive and collaborative energy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Industry experience in print, packaging, large format, branded merchandise, or agency/marketing services is highly preferred
