As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth by delivering our innovative solutions to new and existing clients.

Your Role

As a Software Sales Executive at Graphite GTC, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and play a pivotal role in expanding our market reach. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a proven track record of B2B software sales success, a passion for solving client challenges, and a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with new and existing clients.
  • Identify and qualify leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations to showcase the value of Graphite GTC’s no-code platform.
  • Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiating contracts and closing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales metrics and market trends to optimize sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Represent Graphite GTC at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand presence.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

About You :

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented professional with experience in B2B software sales and a strong focus on building relationships and achieving sales targets.

Must-Have Qualifications :

  • 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage pipelines and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience selling no-code or low-code platforms or enterprise software solutions.
  • Familiarity with government contracting or IT consulting sales is a plus.
