• 📑 Ensure accurate documentation following ISO standards and assist with regulatory compliance submissions (e.g., Lloyd’s Register).
• 📊 Conduct comprehensive laboratory and field testing; analyze data for continuous product improvement.
• 🤝 Collaborate with manufacturing, quality control, regulatory, and sales teams for successful scale-up and commercialization.

🎓 Education & Experience:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Coating Technology, Materials Science, or related fields.
• ⏳ Minimum 2 years of professional experience in coating formulation, research, development, and commercialization, particularly marine or industrial coatings.
• ✅ Expertise in R&D and QC procedures aligned with ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance.
