Mazda Technician

Grappone Mazda is looking for a dynamic technician to join our Mazda team. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, dependable, efficient, and takes pride in serving our guests. The individual must have prior technician experience, and must be able to diagnose and repair vehicles at a high level of expertise. A State inspection license is required. This is a flat rate position with a 80% guarantee of hours worked. Pay is based on flat rate hours or hours worked, whichever is higher. There are some Saturdays and one late night a week required.

The right candidate for this position will be required to have a valid driver's license and must also be insurable through our insurance company. There is a pre-employment drug screening, physical and criminal background check required for this position.

Our standard work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm and Saturdays 8am to 1pm. We have a rotating schedule and at least one Saturday per month is required. Technicians will assist the Sales Department on a rotating schedule one late night till 5:30pm and a Saturday until 5:30pm
