Gras Lawn is a commercial landscaping company covering the full range of landscaping needs performed by a team of highly skilled professionals.
- Recruit, interview, and hire staff.
- Go over the next days schedule.
- Scout ahead of the crews.
- Follow up after the crew to make sure the work was done.
- Ensure equipment is being maintained.
- Manage Inventory.
- Work with the Account Manager to help with estimating and budgeting.
- Ensure clients are satisfied.
- Train staff
- Be on-site to see the crew's arrival in the morning each day.
- Supervise staff throughout the day.
- Ensure the crew is following company policies
- Drive a company truck and trailer daily.
