Commercial Truck Detail Specialist

We have an immediate opening for a Commercial Truck Detail Specialist. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of new and used trucks.

• Use of power washer: power wash trucks and items as needed.
• Thoroughly clean interior and exterior of new, used, and customer vehicles.
• Maintain the wash bay stall and area.
• General housekeeping of the exterior of dealership.
• Maintains a high quality of work.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Work with all departments to help achieve our company goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in heavy duty truck industry a plus.
• Good communication in verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and direction.
• Work well independently as well as part of a team.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable. CDL preferred.
• Must be able to pass mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Education:

• Preferred minimum of High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Additional Information

• Physical: Working in, under, and around trucks and trailers. Ability to lift, push or pull, objects of various shapes, sizes and weights. Safely walk, reach, bend, climb, push, twist, squat and kneel as necessary to perform the essential job duties. Safely walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Environmental: Primarily indoors with some outdoor work. Uniforms, ear, and eye protection provided.
